With your ÖT-Card you can order and pay for your tickets without cash using the dedicated ÖT Card- Ticket hotline with no telephone charges and hardly any waiting time. This telephone number will be given to you in writing when you receive your ÖT-Card. We ask you to keep this number confidential.

Individual customer service
We often reserve the best tickets for the best shows for our regular customers before they go on sale. If events are cancelled you receive the price of the tickets including any fees refunded. You do not have to return your tickets to us, the refund will automatically be booked to your bank or credit card account.
And this is how you can get your ÖT Card
Please complete and return to us the ÖT Card application form by mail, fax or e-mail. You will then receive your ÖT Card as soon as it has been processed (approx. 3 weeks) directly to your postal address. Take advantage of the ÖT Card for just € 10.- a year.
