Biography - Wilco

Die US-amerikanische Indepentdent-/Alternative Country-Band Wilco wurde 1994 in Chicago gegründet. Ihr Debütalbum „A.M.“ wurde 1995 veröffentlicht. Es folgten zehn weitere Alben bis 2012. Aktuell ist die Band wie folgt besetzt: Jeff Tweedy (Gesang), John Stirratt (Bass), Glenn Kotche (Schlagzeug), Mikael Jorgensen (Piano), Nels Cline (Gitarre) und Patrick Sansone (Saiteninstrumente). 2015 erschien ihr neues Album „Star Wars“, mit dem die Band 2016 auf UK & European Tour geht.
