General admission

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Wheelchair Seats

The entire audience area on the ground floor is barrier-free.

For people with reduced mobility, there is an accessible restroom on the ground floor.

The gastronomic area is also located on the ground floor and is barrier-free accessible.

The audience area on the first floor as well as the balcony seats are not barrier-free.

The four designated seats for wheelchair users and their companions are located in the 1st price category area but are offered at the lower price of the 2nd category.

Wheelchair seats can only be reserved directly at the STADTSAAL by phone at 01/909 22 44 or by email at office@stadtsaal.com.

Induction Hearing System

STADTSAAL provides an induction hearing system for people with hearing impairments at the ticket counter as well as in the auditorium, in rows 11 to 18 of the grandstand.
