The entire audience area on the ground floor is barrier-free. For people with reduced mobility, there is an accessible restroom on the ground floor. The gastronomic area is also located on the ground floor and is barrier-free accessible. The audience area on the first floor as well as the balcony seats are not barrier-free.
The four designated seats for wheelchair users and their companions are located in the 1st price category area
but are offered at the lower price of the 2nd category.

STADTSAAL provides an induction hearing system for people with hearing impairments at the ticket counter as well as
in the auditorium, in rows 11 to 18 of the grandstand.
