War on Women is a hardcore punk band from Baltimore, Maryland, formed in 2010. The political, feminist themes in their music include abortion rights, rape, and misogyny.
Adam Bomb is a guitarist and singer from Seattle, Washington. He formed the cover band Tyrant in 1979 with Geoff Tate, the founder and lead singer of Queensr che. The band covered songs by Rush, UFO, Scorpions, and Van Halen. In 1980, Adam joined the band TKO, which was already well-known across the United States. In 1981, the band recorded the album "In Your Face" at the Sea-West Studio in Hawaii. Adam played for Kiss in Los Angeles in 1981, where he performed three songs but was not selected as a replacement for Ace Frehley. In 1982, Adam left TKO and moved to Hollywood, Los Angeles, to seek a new band. He shared an apartment with Jeff Isbell, who later became a member of Guns N' Roses. Adam also befriended Tommy Thayer, the guitarist for Black N' Blue, who later became the guitarist for Kiss.
