Through breathwork and nervous system regulation, you’ll quiet the inner critic, release tension, and get out of your own way. This workshop explores the human side of improv: trusting your point of view, choosing authenticity over performance, and letting go of perfectionism. Learn to trust that you are enough and command the stage by being the most “you” possible.
Shakira Paye is a comedian, actor, and writer based in Los Angeles. She performs at the Upright Citizens Brigade as part of a house Harold team. On-screen, she has appeared on Modern Family, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Black-ish, and House Party on HBOMax. She has sold TV pilots to Comedy Central and Netflix with Emmy-winning duo Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello, and developed a feature with Fox.
