Der austro-amerikanische Musiker James Hersey ist ein weit gereister und fleißiger Mann. Im vergangenen Jahr verbrachte er einige Monate in den USA, reiste quer durch das Land, spielte unzählige Gigs in England und kam anschließend mit einer Menge an neu geschriebenen Songs zurück nach Wien, wo er allesamt im Alleingang recordete und produzierte. Das am 12.12.2012 erschienene Mixtape mit dem Namen TWELVE war das Resultat seiner Reisen und gesammelten Erfahrungen.
