Maribou State sind ein britisches Electronic-Duo, bestehend aus Chris Davids und Liam Ivory. Der musikalische Stil des Duos ist breit gefächert und bewegt sich zwischen Indie, Pop, Trip Hop und Electronica. Nach einem gemeinsam produzierten Remix für die Band "Hadouken!" gaben Chris Davids und Liam Ivory ihr offizielles Debüt mit dem EP-Release "Habitat" im Jahre 2011. Zwei Jahre darauf folgte die zweite EP "Truths" mit Vocals von Jimi Nxir, Holly Walker and Nubiya Brandon. Außerdem haben Maribou State bereits zwei Alben veröffentlicht (Portraits - 2015, Kingdoms In Colour - 2018) und touren über den ganzen Planeten.
