UVC Graz ist ein Volleyballverein aus Graz und zählt zu den führenden Clubs im österreichischen Spitzenvolleyball. Unter dem Namen UVC Holding Graz tritt der Verein sowohl mit einem Frauen- als auch einem Männerteam in der höchsten Spielklasse Österreichs an.
Entstehung und Entwicklung
Der Verein entstand 2002 durch die Fusion zweier Grazer Bundesligisten: des ATSE Graz Volleyball im Frauenbereich sowie des VC Wesser Graz bei den Männern. Die Zusammenführung erfolgte auf Initiative von Siegfried Nagl mit dem Ziel, die Volleyballkräfte der Stadt zu bündeln und langfristig konkurrenzfähig zu bleiben. Seither agiert der Club unter dem Dachverband der Union und etablierte sich als feste Größe im nationalen Volleyball.
