Ordering

By using our configurator, you can personalize your OETICKET gift voucher to suit the occasion. To do this, select a motif of your choice and customize the personal message. After you have selected the desired amount, you can add the voucher to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can then select the desired shipping method.

Shipping

The personalized gift voucher will be provided to you in PDF format immediately after you place your order. You can forward your voucher in PDF format via e-mail or print it out yourself and give it as a gift.

Redemption

You can redeem the gift voucher for ticket purchases at www.oeticket.com. To do this, first select your desired event and place it in the shopping cart. By entering the voucher code in the shopping cart, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Any remaining amount will be kept on the voucher for future purchases. OETICKET wishes you a lot of fun!

Value vouchers can only be redeemed within 15 years from date of issue. Any residual balances are not paid in cash, but will be retained. The subsequent crediting of a voucher to an existing order is not possible.
