Besucher*innen, die schon vor dem 8.7.2023, 8:00 Uhr vor Ort sind, können außerhalb der Anstellsysteme in s. g. Wartebereichen warten. Es wird ein zentrales Nummernsystem für Frühanreisende durch einen Fanclub verwaltet. Dabei werden Wartearmbänder und Nummern vergeben, nur diese haben am Veranstaltungstag Gültigkeit, wenn die offiziellen Anstellbereiche das erste Mal befüllt werden.
Die Wartebereiche inkl. Nummerierung werden zu 100 % durch Fans selbstverwaltet. Dabei wird genau eine Schlange (2er-Reihe) mit einem Nummernsystem pro Zugang entstehen. Die Nummerierung für die Wartebereiche endet am 8.7. um 7:30 Uhr Früh, ab dann wird die offizielle Nummerierung im Anstellsystem angewandt.
Am Showtag, 8.7. um 7:30 Uhr müssen alle, mit so einer Wartenummer richtig aufgestellt in Schlangen an der korrekten Position stehen.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Campen vor dem Ernst-Happel-Stadion gesetzlich verboten ist. Das hat nichts mit der Veranstaltung zu tun, sondern campen ist grundsätzlich auf öffentlichen Flächen verboten. Auch, wenn wir das Warten dulden, heißt das nicht, dass es dadurch legal wird.
Es gibt 6 Zugänge zu den Anstellsystemen für die Raseneinlässe. Diese sind rund um das Stadion beschildert. Sie bestehen aus einem Bereich und einer Farbe – ein Bereich kann auch zwei Zugänge mit unterschiedlichen Farben haben. Auf dem Ticket steht sowohl Bereich als auch Farbe. Für ein geordnetes Anstellen ist es wichtig, dass jede*r genau zu seinem Zugang kommt und sich nur in der richtigen Schlange anstellt. Das gilt auch für die oben erwähnten Wartebereiche für Frühanreisende.
Das offizielle Anstellen beginnt am Showtag, 8.7.2023, um 8:00 Uhr. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt beginnt das Befüllen der Anstellschlangen durch Ordnerpersonal. Dabei werden wir die selbstverwalteten Warteschlangen gemäß der fanverwalteten Nummerierung abarbeiten.
Beim Betreten des Anstellsystems wird das Ticket auf Sicht kontrolliert. Sobald ein*e Besucher* in seinen*ihren Platz in der Anstellschlange erreicht hat, wird er*sie durch das Ordnerpersonal nummeriert. Diese Nummerierung passiert auf der Rückseite der Hand. Hat er*sie ein Ticket für die Bereiche FOS, Jonny’s Place, Hollywood oder Bishop‘s Gate, bekommt er*sie danach zusätzlich ein Armband angelegt und das Ticket wird einmal gescannt (und damit für die Ausgabe eines Armbands entwertet). Im hinteren Stehplatzbereich bekommt der*die Besucher*in einen Stempel auf die Rückseite der Hand und auf die Rückseite des Tickets.
Die Anstellschlangen werden in Blöcken (s. g. „Containern“) zu je rund 50 Personen unterteilt. Innerhalb dieser Blöcke, bitte selbst auf die Reihung achten. Wer in welchem Container ist, steht auf der Hand neben der Nummer. Die Trennungen zwischen den Containern dürfen ausschließlich von den Securities geöffnet werden.
Wenn ein*e Besucher*in ein Armband oder einen Stempel bekommen hat, wird das Wartearmband (sofern vorhanden) entfernt. Ab dann kann die Anstellschlange verlassen werden. Wir werden mit dem Anlegen der Armbänder ab 9:00 Uhr beginnen. Bitte bleibt nicht länger als eine Stunde weg.
Ab dann heißt es warten in der Anstellschlange. Bitte so oft wie möglich hinsetzen, dann tun wir uns deutlich leichter den Überblick zu behalten! Ein Verlassen der Schlange ist für Jonny’s Place, Bishop’s Gate, Hollywood und FOS bis 15:30 Uhr und für den Stehplatzbereich bis 16:00 Uhr möglich.
Bis 15:00 Uhr müssen sämtliche Gegenstände, die nicht mit ins Stadion genommen werden dürfen, aus der den Anstellsystemen hinausgebracht werden. Bitte auch den Müll entsorgen! Ab diesem Zeitpunkt dürfen Fans die Schlange auch nicht mehr verlassen.

Anstellsysteme der Pod-Bereiche:
Die Bereiche Jonny’s Place grün, Bishop’s Gate und FOS grün stehen im gleichen Anstellsystem hintereinander. Jeder der drei Bereiche hat einen eigenen Zugang und ein Eintritt ist bis zum Einlassbeginn möglich. Die Reihenfolge pro Bereich wird also eingehalten, auch wenn das alles in einer Anstellschlange passiert.
Das gleiche gilt für Jonny’s Place rot, Hollywood und FOS rot, die auch hintereinander in einer Anstellschlange stehen.
Der Einlass ist für Jonny’s Place, Bishop’s Gate, Hollywood und FOS ist um 16:30 Uhr geplant, für den regulären Stehplatzbereich um 17:00 Uhr geplant.
Jede*r Besucher*in durchläuft vor dem Betreten des Stadions eine Personen- und Behältniskontrolle und das Ticket wird gescannt. Danach werden wir wieder eine 2er-Reihe formieren und mit der gesamten Schlange in den Innenraum gehen.
Sobald es losgeht, bitten wir alle Fans, ruhig zu bleiben und mit uns gemeinsam in das Stadion zu gehen. Nur so erhalten wir die Nummerierung bis zur Bühne. Bitte nicht laufen, ihr seid dadurch unfair allen anderen gegenüber.
Dem Veranstalter und der Security-Firma liegt sehr viel daran, mit Fans gemeinsam für ein tolles Konzerterlebnis zu sorgen. Wir haben versucht, sämtliche Regeln fair zu gestalten, vorab zu besprechen und zu kommunizieren.
Deswegen gilt aber auch, wer sich nicht an die Regeln hält, wird in der Anstellschlange nach hinten gestellt und verliert seine Nummer. Das gilt sowohl für das Anstellen als auch das Hineingehen bei Einlassbeginn.
Sollte sich irgendjemand, warum auch immer, körperlich oder geistig schlecht fühlen oder Hilfe brauchen, stehen neben den Securities auch der Sanitätsdienst zur Verfügung. Das betrifft den Außen- und den Innenbereich des Stadions. Einfach hingehen, wir helfen gerne!

Das Taschendepotzelt und die anderen Depots für verbotene Gegenstände öffnen um 14:00 Uhr. Ab dann können Gegenstände und Gepäckstücke abgegeben werden.

Visitors who arrive before 8.7.2023, 8:00 a.m., can wait outside the queuing systems in so-called waiting areas. A central numbering system for visitors arriving early will be managed by a fan club. Only these numbers will be valid on the day of the event when the official queuing areas will be filled.
The waiting areas, including the numbering system, are 100% self-managed by fans. There will be exactly one queue (rows of 2) with a numbering system per entrance. The numbering for the waiting areas will end on 8.7. at 7:30 a.m.. From then on the official numbering in the queuing system will be applied.
On the show day, 8.7. at 7:30 a.m., everyone with a waiting number must stand in a queue at the correct position.
Please note: camping in front of the Ernst Happel Stadium is prohibited by law. This has nothing to do with the event, but camping is generally prohibited in public areas. Even if we tolerate waiting, this does not mean that it becomes legal.
There are 6 entrances to the queue systems. These are marked with signs around the stadium. They consist of an area and a colour - an area can also have two entrances with different colours. Both area and colour are written on the ticket. To keep the queuing organized, it is important that every visitor arrives to the exact entrance and queues in the correct line. This also applies to the above-mentioned waiting areas for early visitors.
When entering the queuing system, the ticket will be controlled visually. As soon as a visitor gets at his/her place in the queue, he or she will be numbered by the staff. The visitor will be numbered on the back of his/her hand.
If the visitor has a ticket for the FOS, Jonny's Place, Hollywood or Bishop's Gate areas, he/she will then be given an additional wristband and the ticket will be scanned (and thus validated for the issue of a wristband).
The queues will be divided into blocks (so-called "containers"), each consisting of about 50 visitors. Within these blocks, please keep track of the order by yourself. The container is written on the hand of the visitor, next to the number. The dividers between the containers may only be opened by the security staff.
When the visitor has received a wristband or a stamp, the wristband for the waiting area (if present) will be removed. From then on, the queue can be left. The putting on the wristbands will start at 9:00 am. Please do not leave for more than one hour.
From then on, it's time to wait in the queue. Please sit down as often as possible, it will be much easier for us to keep the track! Leaving the queue is possible until 3:30 pm for Jonny's Place, Bishop's Gate, Hollywood and FOS and until 4:00 pm for the standing area.
All items that are not allowed to be taken into the stadium must be moved out of the queuing area by 3:00 pm. Please also dispose of any rubbish! From this time on, fans are also no longer allowed to leave the queue.

Queuing systems of the pod areas:
The Jonny's Place green, Bishop's Gate and FOS green areas are in the same queuing system, one after the other. Each of the three areas has its own entrance and the entrance is possible until the start of admission. The order for each area is thus maintained, even though it is located in one queue. The same applies to Jonny's Place red, Hollywood and FOS red, which are also in a queue one after the other.
Admission for Jonny's Place, Bishop's Gate, Hollywood and FOS is scheduled at 16:30, for the regular standing area at 17:00.
Before entering the stadium, each visitor will go through a personal and belongings check, and their ticket will be scanned. Afterwards, we will form the lines of 2 again and enter the stadium with the entire queue.
Once it gets started, we ask all fans to stay calm and walk into the stadium with us. This is the only way we will be able to maintain numbering up to the stage. Please do not run, it is unfair towards other visitors.
The organiser and the security company are committed to ensure a great concert experience in cooperation with fans. We have tried to make all the rules fair and to discuss and communicate them in advance.
Therefore, if you don't follow the rules, you will be put to the back of the queue and lose your number. This applies to the queuing as well as to entering at the start of the admission.
Should anyone, for whatever reason, feel physically or mentally unwell or need help, the medical staff will be available in addition to the security. This applies to both the outside and inside areas of the stadium. Please don’t hesitate to approach us, we are happy to help!
