· Von wem kann ich kaufen?
Der offizielle Vorverkauf findet ausschließlich bei www.oeticket.com/rammstein statt. Bei allen anderen, nicht legitimierten Ticketanbietern, die Rammstein-Tickets zum Kauf anbieten, handelt es sich um NICHT AUTORISIERTE Händler. Rammstein-Tickets, die von nicht autorisierten Händlern erworben werden, berechtigen nicht zum Eintritt.
· Wieviele Tickets kann ich kaufen?
Pro Bestellung und Kunde sind maximal 6 Tickets erlaubt. Der gewerbliche Weiterverkauf der Tickets, sowie der private Weiterverkauf der Tickets zu überhöhten Preisen ist untersagt! Wenn der Käufer gegen vom Veranstalter aufgestellte spezifische Bedingungen verstößt, auf die im Rahmen des Vorverkaufs hingewiesen wurde, oder diese zu umgehen versucht (z.B. Verstoß gegen Beschränkung der Ticketmenge pro Kunde, Verstoß gegen die Urkundenbedingungen, insbesondere gegen Weiterveräußerungsverbote, Umgehungsversuch durch Anmeldung und Nutzung mehrerer Nutzerprofile etc.), so kann die Bestellung storniert werden. Die Erklärung der Stornierung/des Rücktritts kann auch konkludent durch Gutschrift der gezahlten Beträge erfolgen. Für Kunden besteht ihrerseits gemäß § 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 FAGG kein Rücktrittsrecht.
· Aber wir möchten als größere Gruppe (mehr als 6 Personen) zusammen zum Konzert gehen. Wie ist das möglich?
Sie müssen versuchen, mit mehreren Kunden mehrere Bestellungen zu tätigen.
Der Versand der Tickets erfolgt nach erfolgreichem Zahlungseingang und erfolgter Prüfung der Angaben ausschließlich über den Postweg. Für den Versand innerhalb Österreichs werden EUR 6.95 verrechnet. Besten Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
Die Tickets werden personalisiert verkauft, was bedeutet, dass der Name des jeweiligen Besuchers beim Kauf bekanntgegeben werden muss und auf die Tickets gedruckt wird. Der Name wird im Zuge des Bestellprozesses erfasst und muss mit dem beim Einlass vorzulegenden Ausweis übereinstimmen.
· Was ist Personalisierung?
Personalisierung bedeutet, dass Tickets für Veranstaltungen an Personen gekoppelt sind. Bei der Besucher-Personalisierung wird für jedes einzelne Ticket der Name des Besuchers / der Besucherin erfasst.
· Warum Personalisierung?
Die Tickets für Rammstein werden ausschließlich personalisiert verkauft. Personalisiert bedeutet, dass jedes Ticket an nur eine Person gebunden ist, die namentlich auf diesem erwähnt ist. Diese Person ist Inhaber des Besuchsrechts und nur diese erhält Zutritt zur Veranstaltung. Zusätzlich besteht eine Kauf-Limitierung auf maximal 6 Tickets pro Kunde. Die Personalisierung der Tickets sowie die beschränkte Ticketanzahl geschehen aus Gründen der Fairness und zur Vermeidung eines Zweitmarkts, auf dem Tickets oftmals zu überhöhten Preisen angeboten werden. · Was muss ich beim Kartenkauf beachten?
Bitte haltet die Vor- und Nachnamen all jener Personen bereit, für die Karten gekauft werden. Diese Namen müssen im Lauf des Verkaufsvorgangs eingegeben werden.

Wann sollen wir am besten beim Stadion eintreffen?
Bitte rechtzeitig anreisen, voraussichtlicher Einlass wird 17.00 Uhr sein. Es kann durch Verkehr und Einlasskontrollen zu Verzögerungen kommen. Je früher man dort ist, desto besser. Aufgrund der Personen- und Ticketkontrollen ist mit längeren Einlasszeiten zu rechnen als üblich. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
· Wie wird die Zutrittskontrolle am Showtag ablaufen?
Prinzipiell gilt, dass nur Personen, deren Vor- und Nachname im Ticketsystem hinterlegt ist UND auf ihrem Ticket steht UND die sich mit einem amtlichen Lichtbildausweis ausweisen können, Zutritt zur Veranstaltung erhalten.
Es wird kein Einlass gewährt, wenn die o.a. Voraussetzungen nicht gewährleistet sind.

Gibt es eine Altersbegrenzung?
Zusätzlich gilt: Kein Ticketverkauf an Kinder unter 10 Jahren, auch nicht durch berechtigte Dritte. Kindern unter 10 Jahren wird kein Zutritt zur Veranstaltung gewährt, auch nicht in Begleitung einer erziehungs- oder aufsichtsberechtigten Person.

· Kde si môžem zakúpiť vstupenky?
Oficiálny predpredaj bol spustený výlučne na stránke www.oeticket.com/rammstein. Všetci ostatní, nelegitímni poskytovatelia Rammstein vstupeniek sú NEAUTORIZOVANÍ predajcovia. Vstupenky na Rammstein zakúpené u neautorizovaných predajcov neoprávňujú k vstupu na podujatie.
· Koľko vstupeniek si môžem zakúpiť?
V rámci jednej objednávky je možné si zakúpiť maximálne 6 vstupeniek.
Ďalší predaj vstupeniek, či už firemne alebo súkromne za predraženú cenu je zakázaný! Ak kupujúci poruší podmienky stanovené usporiadateľom, na ktoré sa počas predpredaja upozornilo alebo sa ich pokúsi obísť (napr. porušením obmedzenia množstva vstupeniek na 1 zákazníka, porušením zákazku ďalšieho predaja, vytvorením a využívaním viacerých používateľských profilov a pod.), môže byť jeho objednávka zrušená.
Zrušenie/odstúpenie možno realizovať aj prostredníctvom vrátenia uhradených súm. Zákazníci nemajú podľa § 18 ods. 1 Z 10 FAGG právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy.
· Chceli by sme ísť ale na koncert ako skupina (viac ako 6 osôb). Ako to môžeme spraviť s objednávkou?
Môžete sa o to poukúsiť tak, že viacero zákazníkov spraví viacero objednávok.
Vstupenky vám budú odoslané výlučne poštou po tom, ako úspešne prebehne vaša platba a skontrolujeme všetky údaje.

Vstupenky sa predávajú personalizované, čo znamená, že meno konkrétneho návštevníka sa musí oznámiť počas nákupu vstupenky a musí byť aj vytlačené na vstupenke. Meno sa počas procesu objednávky zaznamená a pri vstupe sa musí zhodovať s menom na doklade, ktorý je potrebné predložiť.
· Čo je personalizácia?
Personalizácia znamená, že vstupenky na dané podujatie sú viazané na meno. Meno každého návštevníka je uvedené na vstupenke.
· Prečo personalizácia?
Vstupenky na Rammstein sa predávajú len personalizované. To znamená, že každá vstupenka je viazaná na konkrétnu osobu a jej meno, ktoré je na nej uvedené. Táto osoba je oprávnená navštíviť podujatie a len ona má právo na vstup. Okrem toho je nákup vstupeniek limitovaný 6 ks v rámci objednávky. Personalizácia a obmedzenie množstva vstupeniek na zákazníka majú zabezpečiť väčšiu férovosť a zabrániť sekundárnemu predaju, na ktorom sa vstupenky často predávajú predražené. Vďaka tejto špeciálnej regulácii má byť umožnené čo najviac fanúšikom kúpiť si vstupenky za férovú cenu.

· Ako bude prebiehať kontrola pri vstupe na koncert?
Všeobecne platí, že vstup na podujatie bude umožnený len tým osobám, ktorých meno a priezvisko je zaznamenané vo vstupenkovom systéme A je uvedené na vstupenke A zhoduje sa s preukazom totožnosti danej osoby.
Osobám, ktoré nespĺňajú tieto požiadavky, nebude vstup umožnený.
V deň koncertu budú v prípade otázok k dispozícii informačné stánky.
Je koncert vekovo ohraničený?
Okrem toho platí, že predaj vstupeniek pre osoby mladšie ako 10 rokov je zakázaný. To platí aj pre predaj cez tretie strany. Deťom do 10 rokov nebude umožnený vstup na podujatie a to taktiež nie v doprovode dospelej osoby.
Platí na mieste príslušný rakúsky zákon, tzv. Jugendschutzgesetz.

- From whom can I buy?
The official advance sale takes place exclusively at www.oeticket.com/rammstein. All other, non-legitimate ticket providers offering Rammstein tickets for sale are NOT AUTHORISED dealers. Rammstein tickets purchased from unauthorised retailers are not valid for admission.
- How many tickets can I buy?
A maximum of 6 tickets are allowed per order and customer. The commercial resale of tickets, as well as the private resale of tickets at excessive prices is prohibited! If the purchaser violates specific conditions set by the organiser, which were pointed out during the pre-sale, or attempts to circumvent them (e.g. violation of limitation of ticket quantity per customer, violation of the deed conditions, in particular resale prohibitions, attempted circumvention by registering and using several user profiles, etc.), the order may be cancelled. The declaration of cancellation/withdrawal can also be made impliedly by crediting the amounts paid. - I would like to give a ticket to someone as a gift?
